No power to access points on ceiling

About once every quarter my access points go off. Idk what it’s called but the “central hub” has green lights under “power” and “system”

the lights to where the WAPs connect to the hub aren’t flashing any color. Even after unplugging and plugging them back in. Is this a power issue?

Can you make sure the cable used to connect the AP to switch is not causing any trouble ? What AP model are you using and is it a lennar home ?
