My Ruckus Access Point is not working.

The 5GHz and 2.4GHz lights are amber. And also, I can't seem to access unleashed on both my iOS device and my windows laptop

Hi MMenon,

Please try to perform a factory reset on the Access Point and see, if it clears the Amber LED. Also, please share us with the below details:
AP model:
AP version:

To perform Factory reset:
1. Locate the Reset pinhole on the rear panel of the Access point.
2.Insert a straightened paper clip in the hole and press for at least 12-14 seconds.
3.After the reset is complete, the PWR LED will initially be solid red, indicating boot up in process, then blinks green, indicating that the system is in factory default state.
