Is it possible to import the backup of the Ruckus ZD3250 and restore it to ZD100?

you can use ZD1100 backup on ZD3000 however not the other way round.

Thank you for your reply, but I made a mistake in my question it is not a zd but sz 100. 

Is it possible to import the backup of the Ruckus ZD3250 and restore it to smart zone 100?

Hi Florian,

No the ZoneDirector and SmartZone 100 have different internal config setup, so you cannot import that.

I have a similar problem. I can't restore ZD5000 backup to a ZD3000 which has the same firmware version. On our other customers, I was able to restore backup of lower ZD model to higher model. Is it really not possible to restore backup from higher to lower ZD model? What's the reason behind this?
