FreshAir Sensor Connectivity on 2.4G keeps disconnecting

Hello Ruckus Support,

We've been having issues with our FreshAir Sensor. These devices are connected to 2.4G only.
We are using Ruckus Zone Director 1200 as the controller.

Can someone help us check what is causing this issue? We keep rebooting APs even if the APs are online.

I see that you have opened a support case, we may have to look into the AP support for the disconnection details along with the configuration setup. Please share the details requested so that we can continue assisting you.
