Client Disconnected

Hi all, trying to figure out why one client ( potentially the only one who notices ) disconnects frequently at the same times. Running SmartZone 100 with R650 AP's. The client device is a windows 10 laptop.

Every day, at roughly 16:00 and 4:00 ( Not at an exact time, which makes me doubt any scheduled activity's. ) The client disconnects, for between 3 and 30 seconds. Any tips on how to proceed, what to check or edit?

This information will not help us finding why client is getting disconnected.

Try to collect the support logs just after client disconnects and review the log entries with client MAC address. Check for errors and disconnection/deauth reason code.

Is this the log were looking for? DisconnectReason=1

Reason code=1 is specified as Unknown. This means we cant find out why client got disconnected. However, mostly we see code 1 and 0 in high interference and channel change issues.

Do you know if during disconnection time may be a device or a obstacle is impacting the RF performance?

There are many other electronic devices which can introduce high interference during their operation. Microwave, USB3.0 devices and there are many more devices which can cause RF degradation due to interference.
