Hi all, trying to figure out why one client ( potentially the only one who notices ) disconnects frequently at the same times. Running SmartZone 100 with R650 AP's. The client device is a windows 10 laptop.
Every day, at roughly 16:00 and 4:00 ( Not at an exact time, which makes me doubt any scheduled activity's. ) The client disconnects, for between 3 and 30 seconds. Any tips on how to proceed, what to check or edit?

One of the best tools we use at work is the wlanreport tool.

Hi John,
If this is just one client facing the issue, I don't think it is related to service schedule settings.
Check client event history and pull the AP logs to see what was the reason for the disconnection.
If you have Ruckus Analytics as well, then check the client troubleshooting section and find out what is the disconnection reason or review the AP logs after the client disconnection.

Hello!
I also doubt its a scheduling setting. It just happened again, here are the logs. It was disconnected for roughly 1 1/2 minutes.
