Hi Rene,
Do you have each of the WLANs mapped to a different VLAN?

Thanks,
Darrel.

Hi Darrel,

I have 3 diffrent VLAN's separated and assigned via the Unleashed portal to the SSID's. Ip ranges on the other AP's are good and separated by ip range.

Hi Rene,

Thanks for the details.

It sounds like you have a VLAN mismatch or mapping issue.

Can you try swapping one of the working VLANs to the SSID/WLAN that you have the issue with to see if clients get an IP address, this will rule out issues with the WLAN config and confirm it is a VLAN issue.

Thanks,
Darrel.

Darrel,

That's strange because we don't have this issue on the other 4 Ruckus AP's so switching from VLAN don't make impact on the ssid...?

Rene
