C110 Firmware upgrade progression mistake

I started a C110 discussion on another thread.  Starting a new thread here to narrow the focus of the conversation.  I believe I have figured out what caused my issue and now trying to resolve it.

I didn't realize the significance of firmware naming convention GA > REFRESH1 > REFRESH2

My C110 was sitting on firmware 200.6.10.1.308

I skipped over C110_200.6.10.1.310

And installed C110_200.6.10.1.312

How can I fix this?  The C110 isnt totally bricked.  It still functions as an AP, but the admin control and settings is limited.   I cant upload firmware via the GUI (option greyed out) and FTP (throws an error).

Any suggestions?

Hi David,

Sequential upgrade is not required when you are moving from same major release like 200.6.10.1.xxx to 200.6.10.1.xxx.

If GUI and CLI both upgrades are failing, I don't think there are more ways to look into the issue, unless you contact support.
