Access Point R550 & R750 shortage?

I would like to ask if R550 and R750 is still shortage in Hong Kong. I placed an order more than 18 months but not yet receive any product. The distributor in Hong Kong postponed the delivery time many times and I am thinking if I need to choose another brand instead.

I'm also getting messed about endlessly with H.K suppliers...., basically it all goes via 1 company, then is nested down to other suppliers.
