7363 default username/password not working

i have just acquired 4 7363s (943-7363-UK01) off ebay from two different sellers. These seem to never been used before, but i have performed a hard reset anyway. When plugged into the same VLAN as our ZoneDirector, none of these APs will get discovered.
When reset, they wont default to 192.168.0.1 as they should. Once they obtain an ip from an DHCP server, i am able to get to the logon page, but the default super/sp-admin credentials will not work. I have used Firefox, Chrome and IE, cleared the cache, but still no luck.
Also, the SSIDs, which are being broadcast are 802.11N(2.4) and 802.11N(5), which i cant recall to see when i originally setup the other APs when we purchased ZoneDirector.
Has anyone come across this before? Could these be some custom build APs? Or am i missing something obvious here?

thanks for any help

Ben,

If the AP connects to a ZD, it will use the ZD's admin login info instead of the stand-alone of "super/sp-admin"

Hey guys, we have a similar situation we procured a number of 7363 access points from the following series - 967-7363-JP02, serial number of one of them is 961204008362.

We're also unable to login, we intend to use this with a zone director 1100 series approved for 50 ap's.

We would appreciate it very much if someone could suggest the login/password for this series and or advise a way to get these to work with our zone director.

Many thanks!

Power on your AP and wait a minute or two to let it fully boot up the operating system.

Use a paperclip to press and hold the indented Hard Reset button, found by the Ethernet ports, for 8 seconds, and then release.

The AP will revert to Factory Default mode (IP = 192.168.0.1, login = super/sp-admin).

Connect your PC with pre-configured IP 192.168.0.x (anything but .1) by Ethernet cable.

Try HTTPS or SSH access to configure the AP.

Prepare it for ZD use with the command "set director ip a.b.c.d" using your ZD's IP address.

Move the AP to the network, where you have a DHCP server, and it should try to talk to your ZD when it comes up again.

Ruckus supported ZoneFlex APs all have a 901-7363-xx01 Ordering Part Numbers (OPN).
The APs mentioned in this thread, OPNs beginning with 943-7363-UK01 and labeled "tuned for
Sky Networks", like the 967-7363-JP02, and not recognizing 'super/sp-admin' login credentials
when factory defaulted, are distributed by Service Providers in your country who have custom
parameters which make them only compatible with their equally configured network equipment.

They cannot be reconfigured for Ruckus product use.  You need to contact the SP who
distributed the product in order to use them. (eBay buyers beware!)

It is strictly forbidden to exchange/distribute OEM access information regarding their products
on this Forum per our Guidelines.
