7363 default username/password not working

i have just acquired 4 7363s (943-7363-UK01) off ebay from two different sellers. These seem to never been used before, but i have performed a hard reset anyway. When plugged into the same VLAN as our ZoneDirector, none of these APs will get discovered.
When reset, they wont default to 192.168.0.1 as they should. Once they obtain an ip from an DHCP server, i am able to get to the logon page, but the default super/sp-admin credentials will not work. I have used Firefox, Chrome and IE, cleared the cache, but still no luck.
Also, the SSIDs, which are being broadcast are 802.11N(2.4) and 802.11N(5), which i cant recall to see when i originally setup the other APs when we purchased ZoneDirector.
Has anyone come across this before? Could these be some custom build APs? Or am i missing something obvious here?

thanks for any help

We also have obtained one of these 7363s S/N 961203003086, apparently new.. Labelled 'especially tuned for the cloud networks'. We have tried about every combination of username and password we can think of but have failed to login to it. We don't have a zone director.

I am hoping that Sid or someone else at Ruckus can help or we have an expensive brick!

AFAIK, these are configured for Cloud network so will work ONLY with their network unless Ruckus makes or allow changes to work in a standard configuration without which they are useless.

if anyone needs help with this:

ip 10.42.0.22
subnet 255.255.255.0
default gateway 10.42.0.1
prefferred dns 10.42.0.1

username: cloud
password: cloud123

once you log on and change the username and password to super/sp-admin ZoneDirector will pick the AP up without any issues

Hi Sid,

A friend on a trip to China bought me some RUCKUS equipment that I want to use as lab items for in-house training of my technicians.

The ZD1106 works well. The ZF7363 allowed us log in only once using super/sp-admin. After that we are unable t0 use the same credentials. Pings still flow well to 192.168.0.1

There is no information at the back of the AP about user name or admin password

Any idea how to go about resolving this problem?

Thanks

BEN
