I assume if you plug into the different devices you mentioned you get good speeds? If so then you need to look at what channel width you have the 5G set for. You probably need atleast 80mhz channels to get anywhere close to the 1g internet connectio...

The udm pro pulled 1 one wan address and all traffic to and from the asus was with one IP address. The icx in router mode if setup as a routed port connecting to the asus might not require the route statements. Seems like a complex setup for a noob. ...

The asus doesn’t need to be aware of the vlans but where to route the traffic back to. For my setup my router knows to route 10.1.0.0/16 to the IP address of the switch that has all the vlans on.

you need a route statement on the Asus router to route the vlans to the icx 7150 ip route 192.168.100.0/24 to 192.168.50.1
