Hi Please upgrade the firmware version of controller.Please check the ethernet connectivity form switch to access points. Mentioned AP's 7343 is EOL and running on single band replace it.

Hi,Please download 10.2.1.0 build 75 from ruckus portal before upgrade please check associated access points are  supported or not.also check service entitlement for controller.
