no progress on this? I have many xclaim xi-3 and ruckus r500, a priori they are identical, wouldn't it be possible to use the same unleashed firmware at least?

After discussing by chat the agent tells me again that if I want to solve it I need to pay a support license. At least they could identify the problem to see if it is ours or not and have a reason to pay for the service.I feel helpless
