Fingerprinting not getting information from Chromebooks ...

Ruckus Fingerprinting is not getting the information from Chromebooks, Fields "OS/Type" and "Hostname" are blank. how can we get these infos? Is this a setting we need to modify on Chromebooks? Many thanks, Regards, Roman
