My Ruckus ICX7150-C12P does not power up, when plugged in, the light comes up and then it goes off after a few seconds.

It seems this has happened to other owners; ICX-7150-C12P Switch is not powering up, and when plugged in, it flashes an amber light and then goes dark. I checked the power outlet and I can confirm is working fine, I also checked both AP they are fine...
