Thanks for the link, but I had already viewed it previously. I will be unkind and say that document was absolutely useless, as it mentioned a couple of rack kits that used 8-32 screws, which are too big for the threads on the side of the ICX 7150-48...

No, it is not. As per my original post, the ICX-48P replaced a Ubiquiti USW-24P.
