I have no power to my downstairs access point. Also, I can access my unleashed account via web but not on the mobile app. Upon logging in I notice that my home network name is incorrect. Could you please assist?

Hi @ Imran_ruckus:Please find screenshot below. Looks like it has upgraded successfully but the switch is not showing still on the ruckus dashboard. I tried to add using the add option and the message/screenshot is below:
