I have no power to my downstairs access point. Also, I can access my unleashed account via web but not on the mobile app. Upon logging in I notice that my home network name is incorrect. Could you please assist?

Thank you for the response and the update.
The command is -
copy tftp flash <tftp ip address> spz10114.bin bootrom
Once performing the above command successfully, please perform other commands as well.

It looks like everything was successful, is there a way to check? Seems the switch still does not show in the dashboard. I did go back through the admin & services to select the checkbox no luck.

Please find screenshot below. Looks like it has upgraded successfully but the switch is not showing still on the ruckus dashboard. I tried to add using the add option and the message/screenshot is below:

When the light goes red on the access point does that indicate a problem? I noticed the light on the one downstairs go from green and amber to red. The tv was on and my phone is connected to the access point network so not sure why it would go red.
