R510 access point doesn't turn on after power failure. Reset doesn't work. How to make the access point work again?

1. Port that has an access point connected have lights off2. There are three, and all are down with no lights. When I tried resetting, I disconnected all of them and just had one.3. All the lights in the access point are down.
