Hello,I am having issues with my Ruckus ICX7150-C12P. It appears it is completely dead. When I plug the power cord back on, the lights blinks once and then it shuts off. Is there any warranty I’m eligible for on my Ruckus ICX7150-C12P? Thanks!

Hi, after connecting the switch to my laptop and opening putty, I am getting message “PoE Fatal: Vmin (48V) fault has forced all ports on slot 0 to lose power.” that is flooding my screen. Please advise.

Hi, I was able to find my IP address for the ICX7150-C12P, however I cannot log in. I tried using the username: super password: sp-admin, but could not log in. Please advise.

Hi Jayavidhya,For the R510, it is black. There is no power. For the RUCKUS switch, they are green, however no light on the PoE where the R510 Ethernet cable is plugged in. I switched Ethernet cable to another location, but still no light. Other devic...
