I got it to work using the C type to USB cable. My computer refused to open the ip scanner install or run. Kept getting an error. But I'm up and running again. Thank you for your patience.

My computer will not let me install the IP scanner. I'm using the IP address on unleashed app. I do not know what the switch IP address is. it shows it's correct and not a AP. This whole thing is annoying and frustrating!

This is insane! Sad really. None of these steps help me since i do not have internet. There has to be an easier way or another product that works where you don't need computer programing degree.
