OK, went to the Ruckus site and they wouldn't deal with me even though my  RS320 AP is still warrantied.  They said because I was a Lennar customer that I would have to go to this forum.   I post me question here I was contacted by someone from this ...
I have already flashed the firmware and select non overlapping channels and still just drops and weak even under the AP.  Checking the AP Client My PC and phone under clients show 5G poor.  They work for a short bit and drop to 2.4.  All show weak.
