We figured it out. The solution is : Under System > Cluster, configure control planes, We have set the "Control NAT IP" as the public IP in the Physical interfaces tab. Then NbiIP parameter becomes the public IP. Thank you for your attention. @...

@parikshith_nagaraj_aa0004 Beyond decryption requests we need it in order to move forward next stages of the login flow. We need to send API login requests to the public IP in front of SZ controller.
