It's been some time, but you should be able to get a copy of the firmware from Ruckus support and then follow a downgrade path. I don't know if 10.x down to 9.x versions causes any issues though.

Hey Gordon, you can typically find the firmware at support.ruckuswireless.com by searching the firmware # you're after. You seem to be clued in anyways, but just be sure to grab the version for your AP model is all.
