Users not being prompted to sign into ruckus by browser. Sometimes they are and sometimes it takes several attempts before they are ever prompted to enter their credentials. Does anyone know what can cause this issue?
The APs are R500's with Zone Director ZD1200 running version 18.104.22.168 build 204. The clients are running Windows 7 Pro (x64) with IE11, WLAN is using wpa2/open. Please let me know if you need more info. Thanks!Mark
