have a zoneflex 7363 I'm unable to log into the web interface with, any idea's?

have tried hard resetting the device, but every time I log in with user name "super" and password "sp-admin" it doesn't progress and asks for the same details again.
very frustrating as I cant work out why this would be happening?
windows internet explorer says there's and invalid certificate when opening the page but that's it.

I've tried with internet explorer and google chrome. No luck with either 😕

Firefox usually works best when logging into the AP's.

Can you use something like Putty and SSH to the device?

If you can login that way maybe try the following command

rkscli: set factory

Maybe the reset button isn't working correctly
