Hi,
Is there any command to get the "support service" remaning on Ruckus controller form CLI ?
I only have this banner from WebUI "The Support Service will expire in [66] days......"
This is for an assesment of 1000 ZD so going to WebUI is not possible, only "script way".
Nothing found in CLI Reference Guide.
Thanks for you help !
Alexandre.

I assume you mean this delightful red banner that I have also received in last few days.

Still pondering what, if anything, to do (or worry) about it.
ZD has worked flawlessly for 5yrs.
No more firmware upgrades as ZD EOL with 7363 APs also EOL and f/w limited to 9.10.2
End of lifetime hardware warranty. Pity.
So not sure what "active support" will gain me. Hmm.
Sorry - slightly off topic.

active-support mean flow less upgrade. With KRACK bug, patching become very trendy this time.
