This might be the basic Idea and extremely sorry if that was asked earlier. Since I am novice and just starting setting up Ruckus would like to know how do I setup Ruckus with external DHCP server. I have AP7362, ZD 1106

We have a Qradar Security/Threat Analytics system that we would like the WiFi to push the syslogs to. Currently the Qradar is recording them as Generic Syslog events. If there is a Log source extension that works with the Ruckus then I don't have to...

Client unable to get IP from ZoneController

Hi Some of my laptop user could not get connected to the AP after firmware upgraded on the Zone Director. Previously, the ZD is running on version 9.5.0.0.50 and now it was upgraded to 9.9.0.0.205. Can anyone help on this. Regards John

ZD1100 unreachable

We had a total network hickup this afternoon. After resetting all devices (router, main switch, ZD & modem) all was running nice again, except the WLAN did not came online: the status LED on the ZD1100 stayed blinking red and the webadmin was unreach...
