Hi
Some of my laptop user could not get connected to the AP after firmware upgraded on the Zone Director.
Previously, the ZD is running on version 9.5.0.0.50 and now it was upgraded to 9.9.0.0.205.
Can anyone help on this.
Regards
John

Hi John,
Could you check and clear the leases on the DHCP server and see if the client gets IP addresses .
Regards,
Munish

Hi John,
where is the DHCP server ? Internal or External . I had worked on exact same issue last week and found the issue with DHCP server . Where in after clearing the leases on dhcp server ,clients were able to get the IP addresses. how many clients connect to the wireless in peak hours and what is the lease time configured in the dhcp server ?
Regards,
Munish

Hi Munish
The DHCP Server is on the ZoneDirector itself.
The DHCP lease time is 6 hours by default. That is the lowest in the setting.
Where can I go to clear off the leases on the DHCP Server.
Regards
