I have question on ZD1200 where I need to configure a captive portal landing page for member and non member login.
For member login there will be external database server for authenticate.
Non member will require self register before getting internet access.
For both member and non member there will be connection time limit.
Can ZD1200 fulfill this requirement ?

Hi Vincent,
ZD1200 supports both, hotspot (WISPr) and guest WLAN with self service option.
If you want to configure two network, one for members and one for non members then configure the first WLAN as hotspot (WISPr) and point it to your desired external portal page. For non members, create a guest WLAN with self service option enabled.
If you want to utilise single SSID for both type of clients then you can also use Ruckus Cloudpath enrollment system. It will help you to create a single workflow (onboarding page) and split them to member and on-member within onboarding page.
Cloudpath supports multiple ways of onboarding clients/authentication/certificate management and alot more. To know more about the Cloudpath enrollment system product, please refer hyperlink.

Hi Omer,
Thanks for the reply.
Is ZD1200 support mixed mode authentication (windows and sql server authentication) using API provided by software vendor to validate member ?

Hi Vincent,
Unfortunately, ZoneDirector doesn't have an API interface to support API calls.
The API is supported only in SmartZone and Virtual SmartZone.
