ZD1200 freeze hangs and only comes live on restart

ZD1200 frequently hangs in 20-30 minus and becomes unresponsive (no ping also) and only comes live on restart. We have also upgraded firmware to 10.2.1.0 build 212, changed LAN cable to different switch port but no luck. Please suggest if anyone else also facing the issue and able to resolve it.

Hi there,

Please create a configuration backup, factory reset the controller and upload the backup file.

Monitor if issue persist. If yes, open a case with support. It could be hardware issue, could be network loop as well, because of that ZD might be using all CPU/mem resources.

I  hope u fine. Sir I face the same issue and when i factory default the ZD, ZD is continuous showing the status light red with blinking status and power light is green still. what is the issue
