ZD1100 upgrade issues

I seem to fall into trying to upgrade from 9.4.0.0.100, regardless of the firmware upgrade, downgrade the firmware version. I've tried several times without success 9.4.2.0. Known error message! Please help

Who has the inside that little flash drive image file backup ah! Feeling is that there is an error!
