ZD 1200 ports are not working

Hi, I have a problem with my newly installed ZD1200 but after a month the ports of ZD stop working, no blinking lights from the port of the ZD and even the other port. I tried to reboot but the problem still exist, so my last troubleshooting is to hard reset the device but still won't work. What should I do now? Please help me to solved this issue.

But you do see a power LED?  Have you tried replacing the ZD power supply?
Try another wall socket power outlet even?
