Hi team, I had to downgrade My Zd 1200 to V9 yesterday and now I am not able to upload to default firmware V10 is appear error The support entitlement file is missing or invalid. Please contact ruckus support for further assistance..
I can see there is problem with license support and my double is how to get temporary license just to upload the V10 firmware .

I recommend you to get in touch with Ruckus Support directly to see if an exception can be done.

The ZD will try calling home for a support license after a factory reset (which I assume the downgrade has done).
If you make sure the ZD can see the internet then it'll pick up either your existing support license or a free 30 day entitlement, then you can do your upgrade. Since older releases fail to upgrade using Chrome/Edge, I recommend you use Firefox to do this.
