Customers with unrecoverable ZoneDirector should please contact Technical Support with your ZD serial number. The above sounds like corrupt Flash or
memory on system board that may require RMA.
If only the first question, please know that factory default of ZD will not clear/reset
any previous certificates installed. If you can SSH to ZD, you can use CLI configure
commands to reset ZD certificate to default too.
This will restart your ZoneDirector after certificate is reset.
ruckus> en
ruckus# config
ruckus (config)# certificate
ruckus (config-certificate)# restore
ZoneDirector will restart now to apply the changes in the certificate settings.
[ and you lose your connection ]
Run a continuous ping from a DOS command prompt window, until your ZoneDirector replies again, when you can try the HTTPS WebGUI once more.

Hello Edardo Jesús Álvarez DamiÁn,
I couldn't fix this problem and return device to seller.
I tried restore certificate but it's didn't help for me.
