Not that I'm aware of. There are a lot of tools that come close and I think some have a "freemium" model where much functionality is disabled. But I don't know anyone who does not use a commercial product for a proper survey.

I have some time using Ekahau ,and for me, its my favorite and its free..!! yeah.

Inssider from http://www.metageek.net/ is free and very useful tool for channelising, and gauging signal strgnth
