i am changing the management ip to 192.168.1.1 to another network 192.168.11.1 but got error message something like "ip cannot change static route not defied " like that
than I reset the ZS100 and now its default ip is not pinging and status light is gree.

Hi,
I assume you mean the SZ100
If so, take a console cable and connect it up, and check via serial link.
Login to the device and do a show interface.
This will give you the current ip address assigned to the device.

i connected the cisco console with com1 port but no response

the status led is red when port 1 not connected to any switch.

Hi Abdullah,
Do you have the serial connection good ? and also like putty to comx: ?
If so, power off the SZ100 and wait 10 sec, and then back on. You should see the bootup process of the unit.
