Ah well thank you for telling me why I can't have it. Follow-up question, is there anyway I can get into the BIOS without becoming an employee?

If you're wanting the BIOS password so you can use the ZD3000 as a pfSense box or similar...
ZD3000s still sell for good money on eBay. You could probably buy a nice new microserver on eBay with the money you make from selling your ZD3000.
