Hi guys,

Can someone guide or correct me with my set up, I have 3 SSID set up on ZF7982 Standalone  ( with latest firmware ) on both band 2.4 & 5Ghz and wondering if I have them set up correctly or wrong
My set up goes as follow:

SSID#1   2.4Ghz & 5Ghz for legacy AV...

SSID#2   2.4Ghz & 5Ghz for laptop, Tablet, Smartphone...

SSID#3   2.4Ghz & 5Ghz for Guests & Wife Hair Salon Guests...

Need to be able to roam thru both levels of the house.
Is this ok or need different approaches.

Thanks in advance.

If that's all that is correct.

Pretty standard stuff right there. Just remember to set up your ACL, Client Isolation, and captive portal on the Guest Network. Also make sure you setup your VLANs and firewalls of course.

PCI fines can get expensive.

Hello,
Please be aware that you cannot seamlessly ROAM between the APs without a Controller (ZD/SZ) or Unleashed flavor APs.
Your clients will need to re-authenticate each time they roam between Solo/Standalone mode APs.  I've never tested this
for Guest Access WLANs.

It's one AP from how I read it.
