Hospitality Best Practices Guide

Few years ago I got hold of a Ruckus document I think called "Hospitality Best Practices Guide" with all the best / recommended WLAN and controller settings for hotels environment.
Can anyone point me to this guide or updated version?

Thank you very much for the link. This covers design (really good guide by the way) but the guide I had would described recommended settings of controller's WLANs, zones, etc.
