We had a power outage and now my router stopped working, non of the access points are getting power I can't even connect to them via the unleash software. How can we now get support to have the device replaced?
Please tried to do the hard-reset on the AP and changed the power source and cable.
Also connect any other working AP with the POE cable and check if it is getting power on.
If you have valid support contract for the AP serial number you can open a RMA case from the ruckus support website.
