my R310 randomly reboot

Hi, my AP had a randomly reboot every couple days. here's the logs. any help would be apreciated. thank you.

Everyday my AP had 2-3 times randomly rebooted with the same message "application reboot" in logs. It's really frustrating. change country, set manual channel, and reset the device already done a few times with no fix at all.

 


Update: I'm done using this brand/product. thank you.  case closed.

Hello,

To assist you with your case, could you please provide the following information:

- What is the current firmware version running on both the Unleashed Master and the APs?
- Have there been any recent firmware updates or software changes?

- Are there any error messages or unusual log entries around the time of the reboots?
- Is the AP located in an area with high interference or signal congestion?

- Is the heartbeat loss issue occurring across all APs or only specific ones?

Hi, thank you for the response. Here's the detail:

- What is the current firmware version running on both the Unleashed Master and the APs

+ R310_200.7.10.202.145

- Have there been any recent firmware updates or software changes?

+ Yes, updated to the latest firmware above.

- Are there any error messages or unusual log entries around the time of the reboots?

+ I dont think so, but you could check the logs I've sent earlier. Here's another log: https://hastebin.com/share/karomuqome.yaml

- Is the AP located in an area with high interference or signal congestion?

+ Not really sure.

- Is the heartbeat loss issue occurring across all APs or only specific ones?

+ There's only one single Ruckus R310 AP right now.
