guest access through email

what is the logic behind guest access through email? because most users don't have internet connection's before accessing the WiFi how can they receive the guest pass key?

A lot of mobile data devices have very expensive 4g 3g data plains thus they will be able to receive the email but would not like to use the data on there plain

so therefore they should need 4g or 3g connection to receive email to have WiFi access inside the premises?

For Self-Service Guest Access, guests can Query (guest) Approval Status and obtain the generated guestpass.
