We are taking over an existing deployment from another company who installed Ruckus A320 APs and tied them to an Unleashed cloud account. We do not have any way to get that company to release their APs from the cloud so we are hoping a tech support agent can release those from the back end. Serial number and mac ID for the devices is provided below:
1. MAC: 8003840EA7F0 S/N: 422009000870
2. MAC: DCAEEB15A320 S/N: 342009005545

Hello mwagar
I believe you're referring to the Remote Login page on RUCKUS Unleashed.
https://unleashed.ruckusnetworks.com/login
To release the APs from the current account and attach them to a new one, please follow these steps:
Regenerate the Unleashed ID
Log into the Unleashed interface.
Navigate to the system info
Click Generate Unleashed ID and then click Apply.
This will disable the current remote login and effectively unlink the APs from the existing account attached.
Re-enable Remote Login with the New Account
Uncheck the Enable Remote Management option and click Apply.
Then, check the box again to re-enable it.
This will allow you to register the system using the new Unleashed ID under a different account.

Okay, but I don't have access to the Unleashed UI for these APs. I used the reset button on each AP and neither is showing the first time setup screen when logging into the local web UI.

To successfully reset the APs, it's important to disconnect all other APs on the network first.
If you reset only one AP while the others remain connected, they will automatically take over and maintain the current Unleashed network configuration.
Please follow these steps to perform the reset:
Power off all APs except the one you intend to reset.
Press and hold the reset button on that AP for about 15–20 seconds, until the LED turns red, then release it.
After the AP reboots, check if the Configure.Me SSID appears or try accessing the AP directly via its IP address using a web browser.
