Setting up two Unleashed system divided by VLAN

Hi

I have an Unleashed installed with R310 and R610's at a school. Two SSID's on VLAN1 and VLAN500.
I have to set up a couple of AP's in a nearby building and want to set up an R350 and an R550. As they are not compatible, I have created a VLAN200 so that all untagged traffic at the remote building is on VLAN200. 
But whatever I seem to do, the new AP's keep seeing the old ones. They are not within radio range and I have tried to block ANY traffic to/from the AP from other networks.
Bonjour gateway is disabled on the current network. 

What might I be missing?
