Are you looking to upgrade the base OS from CentOS 6 to 7 or a supported Linux platform? I can't install any packages on the 2.4.0.0.25 version because I used the ova in the downloaded files section.

I would suggest you to open a case with support for proper troubleshooting.

@syamantak_omer I did, the question was more for the developers on asking for a timeline. Not for a troubleshooting purposes, unless that's not the function of these forums.

I can check internally but if you have a case already opened, I think that route should give you much faster information.

@syamantak_omer The case number is 01239499 and it's been pending. This won't really give me an idea when I can upgrade it to Cent OS 7
