R650 Wireless Traffic dropped 90% of time

I installed an unleashed R650 AP by itself today. When I connect to its wireless signal, 2.4 or 5g, and I ping the router or google or anything, 90% of ICMP packets are lost. What causes this issue with the wireless connection? Firmware? Something else?

Already factory reset the device and it did not change anything.

Firmware: 200.10.10.5.229
I know its not the latest, but Ive seen bad things about other firmware versions too.
