We have an old install from 4+ years ago where the clients want to use a Panasonic Mobile Softphone app. I am not 100% sure how the network is configured (we only supplied the AP).
The AP is a single Ruckus Wireless R510 Unleashed (126.96.36.199.233).
The clients have informed me the Softphone app won't connect. Is this because the Unleashed R510 is blocking something? By default does the unleashed AP's block broadcasting?
Is there anything we can change on the AP to allow the Softphone app to work?

Please ask customer to go to WLAN advanced setting >> Other >> set the Directed MC/BC to Threshold to '0'.

Now that we have covered what R510Unleashed is, let's briefly discuss the Panasonic Mobile Softphone App. This app enables us to utilize the native dialer of most phones, without actually having to dial numbers, instead we press speed dial on keypad, in order to make a call.
