Power loss screws up ruckus. Can't stream to Chromecast, but I can connect?

Every time our power goes out the ruckus network goes haywire. 

Cannot connect to unleashed. Hardwired connections are fine. Anything going through the AP has issues. We use Chromecast and I am able to connect to the Chromecast with my phone, but nothing can stream. I have power cycled everything numerous times and disabled the 5ghz radio because I read that might be an issue but nothing seems to consistently work.
